Cats Today (Many of Which Are Endangered)	Description
Jaguar "Panthera onca"	Weighing from 100 - 300 pounds, and growing to be up to 6 feet, excluding the tail, the jaguar can get quite large. Yellowish brown in color with rosetted dark brown spots, the jaguar is an excellent swimmer and is not to be confused with a panther. (A panther is actually a leopard.)
