FOOTHILL FELINES MEEKA!!

Judy Ross in eastern Canada had been wanting one of Mochamelo's gorgeous seal mink spotted females for a very long time!! Finally, we got our timing right, and we sent this beautiful kitten to Judy. Canada has a lot of large, open spaces, and the airports can be a challenge for residents to get to, and for breeders to send to!! However, as it turned out, Judy was going to be attending a convention in Montreal, and she was planning to stay at a hotel which welcomed pets. So, guess what!! Meeka got to attend the convention too!! Judy has been wonderful about keeping us posted, and wrote us soon after Meeka arrived in Canada: "I just wanted to update you on how your little seal mink girl is doing! As you already know, she is ADORABLE in EVERY WAY! She is beautiful, cuddly, purry and playful! The first night, the poor thing was afraid and kept hiding. We kept going to her to reassure her, and by the next morning, she was tearing around the hotel room like she owned the place! We had a room with a queen bed, and she slept cuddled up between my daughter and me. She is SO CUTE! We finally got back home yesterday, and wondered if she'd be a little nervous at first in her new home, but she wasn't nervous for even a second. She ran all over the place exploring every corner, and my 16-year-old son, who hadn't come to Montreal, fell in love with her as well! In fact, she's watching a movie with him right now. She's perfect! She's eating well, and sleeping well, and using the litter, and is wonderful. Thanks so much for everything!"

About 5 weeks later, Judy sent us the most wonderful picture for the holidays!! Isn't Meeka just the cutest little Santa Paws you've seen??
