Mai Tai was born
on New Year's Day 2003, to our own Foothill
Felines Mulan of Serrano Bengals, and Spothaven 'Mighty' Ewan of Foothill Felines!! All the 7 kittens in this litter that we co-owned with Serrano Bengals were truly outstanding -- it was incredibly difficult to select our "pick of the litter" to keep back in our own breeding program. But, Mai Tai (bred by Linda Bosnich and Holly Webber) has it all -- she has a full, brilliantly whited tummy; huge, open, donut and pawprint rosettes, great contrast, tons of glitter, and a wonderful, very sweet and endearing personality. We just adore her!!

Mai Tai (shown above at 2 years old) is an excellent example of the exciting Bengals being produced in some of the top breeding programs today. She has a full whited tummy (her father Ewan has a brilliant whited tummy, and her mother Mulan has a partially whited tummy); she has some of the biggest rosettes we've seen on a Bengal, with lots of beautiful space (acreage) in between her rosettes; she has layers of beautiful gold glitter on an extremely clear coat; great bone and muscle; a beautiful head and face, and an outstanding personality!! She has the most beautiful intense emerald green eyes. We are also so proud of her for producing such gorgeous kittens, and for being such a caring, nurturing mother to her litters. It is so difficult to get all these qualities in one cat!! Mai Tai's mother Mulan is a daughter of Foothill Felines Macqui (Macqui is from one of our Foothill Felines Metallica to Gogees Marshamelo of Foothill Felines breedings) and Gogees Michabo of Foothill Felines.
