Spooky Spots was born here at Foothill Felines on September 1, 2005. Her mother is SelectExotics Sandy Spots of Foothill Felines, and her father is Koppiekatz Silver Sir of Simply Simes. Spooky is a truly breathtaking silver spotted Savannah, without any trace of 'tarnish' in her beautiful, clear coat.

Savannahs are a new and rare domestic cat breed now being developed by some amazing breeders all over the world, and we are so excited to have Spooky Spots join us here at Foothill Felines. Ultimately, we hope to be able to breed Savannah kittens from "Savannah to Savannah" pairings. These will be the SBT Savannahs of the future. (All Savannah males from F-1 through F-3 and most often F-4 generation are assumed to be sterile and are to be sold only as pets.)
Spooky enjoys going for rides outdoors in our pet stroller, with her brown spotted sister Summer Spots. Spooky and Summer also love their cat trees, and playing with all their toys, but especially those with feathers. Jumping and leaping up really high is also an important way that she spends her free time. Pictures on this page are of our lovely domestic silver Savannah queen at 4 months old by Jim Brown.
We want to especially thank Dr. Jean Metzler and her wonderful staff at Orangevale Veterinary Hospital in Orangevale, California, for her help with Sandy Spots' fertility issues, and being there for us each step of the way with this pregnancy and litter. We also want to thank Beth Bearry and Lori Simes of Simply Simes Bengals in Jackson, California, for letting us breed Sandy Spots to her favorite beau... their handsome silver male Silver Sir.
