GCH FOOTHILL FELINES LIKITA OF FIRE'N'ICE BENGALS!!

Likita at 6 weeks old - gorgeous tri colored marble with whited tummy!

Larry and Wanda McDonald own and operate a wonderful, in-home Bengal cattery in Minnesota, and we were absolutely thrilled when Wanda told us she was interested in a marble kitten from our Starbengal Vida Mia of Foothill Felines to Snopride Peyote of Bellbooknbengal breeding to add some diversity to her lines. This lovely marble female kitten is velvety soft with a very clear coat and a super whited tummy. She stole our hearts with her absolute devotion to the "patty-cake" game, which she would play tirelessly for seemingly hours while she was here. Upon her arrival to Minnesota, Wanda assured us that all was well with Likita.

"Hello Holly, My girl made it home safe and sound. She is quite the talker and is letting us all know she is here. My friend Jan came to the airport with me. It all went smooth and we were off with Likita in a flash. That is what I have named her. I hope you like her name. She is a beautiful girl and we are so glad to have her here with us. She is climbing all over everything in the office here as I am writing this note. She does not like being alone. She rode half way home in my arms. I let her out of her kennel after I dropped off Jan and she slept in my arms after purring and kneading on me for a while. Likita is now trying to help me type this note. She is into everything, misses curiosity. We really like her and are happy with her look and personality. I think she will be my little traveling buddy. I almost thought I lost this message as Likita jumped on the keyboard and my message disappeared, thankfully it was still here. She is a sweetie and I know we are going to be best buds. Thanks again!! All is well here; she is adjusting fine. I will let you know more later."

This incredible Bengal has turned into one of the most spectacular marble Bengals we've ever seen. Look carefully at the photo below of Likita (who became a Grand Champion in her first show in ACFA) at one year old (she is in the foreground, surrounded by other beautiful Fire-n-Ice Bengals) -- you will see that Likita has incredible contrast; she also has beautiful outlining of her multi-colored marbling pattern...AND she has SPOTS appearing within her marbling!! Phenomenal!! Thank you, Wanda, for sending us this fabulous photo!!
